SHIPPING TIME

Muse Mail will be ship by stamp. That means tracking will be unavailable. Please allow extra time as stamp shipping can be delay.

Europe:1-2 weeks International: 2-4 weeks

Mail is sent out the last week of each month. If you sign up at the beginning of the month, please keep in mind that your order will still be shipped during the mailing period above.

BILLING

After your first payment the monthy subscribtion will be charge on the same day of the month you made your subscribtion. If payment failed, you will be notified and given a deadlines to re-try your payment again, after the period, payment will be automatically cancel.

RETURN/REFUND

Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer refunds for lost mail or orders cancelled due to a change of mind.
